Coffee scrub

This is the most popular scrub and also a very effective way to fight cellulite. Fine-grained coffee has an excellent firming effect, and the caffeine contained in it tightens and smooths the surface of the skin

To prepare, you need 4 tablespoons of ground coffee, 1 cup of sugar and 0.5 cup of olive oil. First, pour boiling water over the coffee and wait for the coffee grounds to cool down. Then pour the coffee through a sieve to drain off the excess water. Add the olive oil and sugar to the grounds and finally mix all the ingredients well together. Sugar and honey scrub

To prepare it, use ½ teaspoon of baking soda, ¼ teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. All the ingredients need to be combined together. After a few minutes, rinse well. Oatmeal scrub

To prepare the scrub you need to use 3 tablespoons of ground oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt. Pour warm water over oatmeal and wait a few minutes until it softens. Combine all the ingredients together and apply to your face. Massage the scrub, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Green tea peeling

Prepare 1 green tea bag, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey. The tea should be brewed at first – add 2 tablespoons of tea to a bowl, pour boiling water and after it cools down add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything together and apply on your face
