Fatty hair andhair loss. See if you have the same problem!

Fatty hair is usually treated as an aesthetic problem. We know that it takes more care and more frequent shampooing. Find out how to deal with it.

Shampooing your hair every day can be quite irritating, but hardly anyone thinks of it as a problem that can contribute to thinning hair. And yet! Excessive sebaceous gland activity causes the hair follicle to become clogged. As a result, blood circulation is reduced and oxygen and nutrients are unable to reach the hair bulb. In addition, this plugging prevents new hair from growing and the sebum that remains is a breeding ground for microorganisms. The result? Inflammation and hair loss. What contributes to the overproduction of sebaceous glands?

Poor diet

A diet low in nutrients, especially in the valuable hair vitamin A and zinc, can lead to hair loss and sebaceous gland dysfunction. Therefore, make sure that you have plenty of vitamins and minerals on your plate and eat vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish and whole-grain bread. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes, which also have a negative impact on our health.

Stress

Stress increases the activity of sebaceous glands and disturbs hormonal balance. Therefore, it is worth taking care of proper regeneration and relaxation, as well as sleeping at least 7.5-8 hours.

Using too strong shampoos

Overly strong shampoos may over-dry the scalp and stimulate the sebaceous glands. It is therefore a good idea to change your shampoo for a milder one, preferably herbal and without SLS. It is equally important to take the same care of your scalp as you take of your face, which is something we often forget. If there are still blackheads on our skin, we try to scrub our face and use cleansing masks. The scalp has similar needs and it is therefore worthwhile to have a deep cleansing once a week to unblock the hair follicles.

Hormonal Problems and Genetic Conditioning

If you suffer from excessive hair loss, it is worth seeing an endocrinologist. This is because hormones are often the cause.

Genetic factors are another matter. If androgenic alopecia or hair loss problems were present in your family, it is quite possible that the same is true for you. It is worthwhile to seek advice from a trichologist, who will tell you what care to use in such situations.
