Most of them associate it with gymnastic women in strange, very difficult poses and are convinced that they will never get their bodies into such shape – this is a mistake. It is worth getting to know yoga better to benefit from its healing power. Here are 6 reasons why you should practice it!
1. Yoga positively influences our health
Yoga has a great impact on our health and well-being. Many people who come to yoga classes struggle with back pain, knee pain, hip pain, etc. It turns out that doctors are increasingly encouraging their patients to try yoga before they decide to have surgery! It has been proven to have positive effects on the muscular, skeletal, reproductive, endocrine, nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems.
